  • Handling adjudication matters under Section 454 and compounding of offences under Section 441, including representation before the Regional Director and National Company Law Tribunal
  • Appearing as an Authorized Representative before the National Company Law Tribunal, Central Government, Regional Director and Registrar of Companies
  • Liaison and coordination with Merchant Bankers and Stock Exchanges in relation to rights issues, delisting offers, takeover open offers and other capital market transactions

  • Advisory and execution support for closure of companies through strike-off or voluntary liquidation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy framework
  • Representation and support in inspection, inquiry and enforcement proceedings initiated by regulatory authorities
  • End-to-end handling of special situation assignments requiring multi-regulatory coordination and strategic compliance intervention
